Bikes, breads, and beards! A former Manhattan banker, Gus Reckel decided to drop the "n" from his job title and become one of Bushwick's hippest French bakers. He bought a former printshop, converted it into a bakery, hired Brian to develop his new identity, and now serves the best croissant, brioche, and miche available throughout Brooklyn.
